This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of Argento Executive Chauffeur. By using the website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website and services.

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.

We may refuse service or change eligibility requirements at any time, subject to applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you have the full authority to enter into this agreement, are not under any legal restriction, and will use the website and services in compliance with all applicable laws.

By providing us with your email or phone number, you consent to receive important notifications, service updates, promotions, and special content.

You may opt-out at any time using the "unsubscribe" button in our emails or by contacting us directly. Opting out may limit your ability to receive important updates about booked services.

Argento Executive Chauffeur provides professional chauffeured transportation services, including sedans, SUVs, and executive transfers.

Clients may book services online by entering pickup and drop-off locations, selecting vehicle type, and choosing point-to-point or hourly service.

Users may book service for themselves or for other passengers. If booking for another individual, you authorize us to send necessary trip updates and notifications to the provided contact information.

Once a reservation is placed, you authorize Argento Executive Chauffeur to coordinate with the assigned driver for route monitoring, safety, operational assistance, or any other reason necessary to complete the service.

Important Service Notes

• We do not provide emergency medical transportation.
• Situations outside our control may occur, including traffic delays, misrouting, or vehicle issues.
• Passengers must behave respectfully and safely inside the vehicle.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if passenger behavior creates safety risks.
• All rides may be fulfilled by Argento Executive Chauffeur–affiliated chauffeurs or third-party affiliate partners, who are independent contractors and not direct employees.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service availability at any time.

All bookings made through our website must be paid via credit or debit card through our payment processor (Stripe or another approved platform).

Pricing is based on:

• Type of service (Point-to-Point or Hourly)
• Vehicle type (Sedan, SUV)
• Additional services requested (car seats, meet & greet, waiting time, tolls, etc.)

The total cost of service will be shown during checkout.

Payment Authorization

By booking a reservation, you authorize Argento Executive Chauffeur to automatically charge your card between ten (10) and one (1) day before your service. This allows time to resolve potential payment issues.

Receipts are sent electronically to the email provided.

If extra services are requested after booking (additional stops, waiting time, upgrades, car seats), you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for outstanding balances.

If your payment is declined:

• You will receive an error message.
• No charge will be made.
• Your reservation will be canceled unless an alternative payment method is provided.

Your payment data will be securely stored and processed for booking purposes only.

You assume all responsibility for how you use the website and its content.

We do not guarantee that:

• the information is 100% accurate or error-free,
• the content is complete or up to date,
• following any suggestions will produce specific results.

The website is for informational purposes only. Use at your own risk.

All materials on the Argento Executive Chauffeur website—including names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, and software—are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, download, or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

Argento Executive Chauffeur may assign its rights without restriction.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree not to participate in any class action lawsuits.

The courts of the United States, in the State of Illinois (Cook County) shall have jurisdiction over any legal matters related to Argento Executive Chauffeur.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
