Sedans and SUVs can be reserved as little as 4-6 hours before your pickup, depending on the location. We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes.

If you have selected curbside pickup, your driver will wait for you in the parking lot and send you an introductory message. After receiving the luggage, you can call him back on the same number. He will move to the curbside to pick you up. If you choose inside pickup, your driver/greeter will meet you in the luggage claim area while holding your name on the board.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of vehicle and its demand. For a full refund, please cancel your reservation:

24 hours in advance for Sedans and SUVs

48 hours in advance for Vans

Seven days in advance for Buses, limousines, and special vehicles

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than one day before the reservation.

If you cancel after the specified time frames, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given if the passenger is a no-show or if the driver is already en route. A 4% credit card fee will be deducted from any refunded amount if payment has already been received.

Our chauffeurs are well-known for their professionalism and courtesy. They offer their best service to help passengers with luggage for point-to-point pickups. However, in curbside pickup plans, our drivers are not allowed to leave vehicles unattended.
